DE Building & Construction Trades Council Delivers Gifts to Little Sisters of the Poor

Earlier today and while practicing safe social distancing, members of the Delaware Building & Construction Trades Council delivered holiday gift bags for our friends at the Little Sisters of the Poor in Newark. Due to the generous donation of the Council and individual donations from the Laborers Local #199, IBEW Local #313, Boilermakers Local #45 and the Taschner and McGlinchey families, we were able to provide an individualized gift for each resident along with some essentials. The staff and volunteers of the Little Sisters provide an invaluable service to the residents who live at facility and do so while relying heavily on donations from the community. They serve the neediest amongst us and it was our privilege to support them today.
